I've never had much trouble falling asleep but I have trouble staying asleep. I usually wake up 3 or 4 times during the night. I thought I would try the Sleep Aid product to see if it would help me sleep through the night. The product did make me drowsy but didn't really help me stay asleep all night, but I find myself sleeping later into the morning then I usually do.
