Excellent..worked for me..dont take more than 4 at a time rthough..it caused me to hallucinate
I thoguht it worked but i was really desperate to sleep one night and took 6(i know,stupid)..and it caused me to hallucinate )

This item works but not very fast for me
I've never had much trouble falling asleep but I have trouble staying asleep. I usually wake up 3 or 4 times during the night. I thought I would try the Sleep Aid product to see if it would help me sleep through the night. The product did make me drowsy but didn't really help me stay asleep all night, but I find myself sleeping later into the morning then I usually do.
