I am always looking for tools to help going to sleep for people with insomnia. Jeff's CD is wonderful as part of a strong sleep routine. The music and imagery allows you to unwind and relax prior to going to sleep. I myself have used it on nights when I am wound up and have some difficulty relaxing.

I've tried a variety of methods to help get me to sleep faster: reading, melatonin, music, etc. and found that it still takes me a long time to fall asleep. Two hours is about how long it took me to fall asleep before a friend recommended Sleep Well.

Sleep Well has given me something good to focus on while I wind down, instead of my regular worrying. The combination of the Jeff Gold's soothing music and Janet Montgomery's calming voice has really worked. Not only am I able to get to sleep much quicker, but if I wake up during the night, I can now go back to the place I `visit' during Sleep Well and am soon back to sleep.

On another note, I used Sleep Well to help my nine year old son get to sleep. He unfortunately takes after my `worry at bedtime' issue. He really likes using the CD and asks to listen to it at bedtime.

Sleep Well has been a real blessing in my home.

The combination of the spoken word and music is phenominal. I have problems falling asleep, and the first several times I used it, I never got past the first 10 minutes! I am familiar with Jeff's music from a cd he put out... same relaxing stuff. Loved it!!! Highly recommend it!
