The mechanism includes an actuator, a converter box, and a handheld controller. What it does: The R/T BEDTM raises and lowers the foundation and mattress of your bed as one unit. Using the simple handheld controller you can raise the head of your bed to any height up to 10 inches. This creates what is known as the reverse Trendelenburg tilt.
