I buy my Sleepwell and optimum immune support directly from their store site, not off amazon. However, when I goggled Sleepwell coupon, I landed here on Amazon. In the future, I'll buy all their supplements on amazon since it's actually cheaper. I have occasional bouts of insomnia, and for the most part, totally random. I have a pretty stress free lifestyle so I don't know where my sleep issues comes from. I try to avoid taking anything, as I believe your mind is the best medicine. The recommendations are for 2 capsules before bed. I followed the instructions and it didn't work for me. I upped the dosage to 3 and then finally 4. 4 does the trick. I wake up feeling like I slept through the entire night in one instant blur. It's almost like taking Nyquil but without the "dude what year is it?" feeling the next morning.
