This was one of three books that I purchased as a christmas gift for my daughter. She is five years old and is at that just learning how to read stage. This is a good beginner's book for a child learning to read. Some words are challenging which is a good thing. The illustrations captures the child's eyes and the CD helps them hear the words also. It is fun to read with your child too.
