I've been taking Xsomnia Xsomnia - Safely Stimulate Natural Restorative Sleep to sleep, and although it does make me relaxed and sleepy, I usually wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. With Sleeping Beauty, I am relaxed and sleepy, but I sleep the entire night. I wake up ready to go to work. This product contains melatonin, while Xsomnia does also, but melatonin is listed as the last ingredient on the package for Xsomnia. Sleeping Beauty gives you an exact breakdown of each ingredient (4mg of melatonin for each tablet). Sleeping Beauty tastes delicious and melts on your tongue over the course of 5 or so minutes. I LOVE this sleep aid. It works quickly, tastes good and you awake refreshed, not groggy. I highly recommend it. Plus, the tin packaging is very cool and great for travel.

My hair stylist told me about Sleeping Beauty and how the biotin and grape seed extract are antioxidants that are good for my skin, hair and fingernails. The sleeping part was a bonus. I don't have insomnia, but sometimes I have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. That's never a problem when I take Sleeping Beauty. I especially like the fact that it's good for me.

I purchased the slumber tumbler in California a few months back while on a business trip. I love that it is chewable and has a pleasant flavor. Not long after eating it I fell asleep, stayed asleep and woke up refreshed. This package is great for travel. The name is really cool and I'm thrilled to have something to help me fall asleep that is not addictive and is actually good for me. Highly recommended.
