There are better liners available but if you're on a tight budget this is a good choice. Its not the easiest to get into but it does help the temp rating of any sleeping bag. Plus it helps keep your sleeping bag clean for longer. rolls up very small, is light weight, and is great for backpacking.

This bag is way too small around the shoulders for me. I'm 6' and 212 lbs. and mummified is more of an appropriate description. You will have to be a good deal smaller to be anywhere near comfortable with this.

Used this liner and loved it. Added a few degrees of warmth and kept my bag cleaner than it would have been if I hadn't used it.

It appears to be pretty good and will be a nice liner for my fleece sleeping bag. It will add a few degrees of warmth for colder than expected nights.

This sleeping bag liner is terrific. The reviews are absolutely right that it instantly adds warmth to your bag. Think of it this way: when you're sleeping at home, you wouldn't normally pull up a comforter without using sheets, right? This liner serves as your "sheets" when you're camping. Being lighter, it stays closer to your body and keeps the warm air where you want it -- next to you. I've used it camping in temperatures ranging from 28-50 degrees F. In colder temps it's indispensable as an extra layer of insulation. In warmer temps (as well as colder temps) it provides a nice, easily-washed layer between you and your bag. Sweat in the liner, not the bag. It's lightweight and packs small.

I made the mistake of buying two of these.I doubt that a simple sheeting material will add ten degrees to any sleeping bag. I am 6" and a fit 200 with a 36 inch waist and 44 inch chest and trying to get into this liner was like trying to put on a body condom. My size 11 feet found no room to accommodate them. Having a liner which is not open to at least the hips and preferably the knees means that you slide the liner on then try to move your encased body into the mummy bag. If you are not a size 5 gymnast I suggest you not try to use this liner. I wish I could return the unused one for a refund since I could not in good conscience even put it on Freecycle and condemn someone else my misfortune.
