If you need to lie on your back & listen to music or guided meditation in bed, this pillow is wonderful. I've always found earbuds annoying; no need for earbuds anymore. I can easily fine tune the volume (without using iPod or CD player dials). I wish pillow was smaller in the middle where you lay your head. Also, the pillowcase provided is skimpy. For the $$$ price, I think that's an oversight.
