Every once in a while we get a product for review where our studio cats will barely let us get it out of the box. And while they usually like to play with the box first, they immediately were attracted to the Sleepypod.

Wow, what a bed! This Sleepypod does it all! It's not only a great bed for your pet to sleep in, but it can also be heated for chilly nights and is great for the older pet.

And, we all know how our pets hate to go to the vets, but with the Sleepypod, they can be moved right in the comfort of their own bed. The Sleepypod is easy to move to and from your car with the handle that comes with a handgrip, and easily fits on your seat where it can be securely buckled in. And if you travel by plane, the Sleepypod fits under the seat on commercial airplanes.

The price may be a little steep, but when you think you'll only need one bed instead of the usual bed for the house, the bed for the car, the bed for transporting your pet, etc., it is a deal! And, it is available in many different colors.

This is an attractive and sturdy bed, as well as being very versatile, and is a big winner at Animal Radio®!

This carrier is great. My cat in a notoriously nervous flyer Meow! Meow! Meow! the whole seven hours east coast to west coast. I bought this carrier and let him use the bottom part as a bed for a couple weeks before the flight. He LOVED the bed and did great on the flight.

The materials and the product itself? Great. Only problem is that it doesn't play along with airline regulations, which is why I had bought it in the first place. I suppose I misread the details on the Sleepypod Meowme website, looking at the Mini instead of the Regular size. The mini does, in fact, fit under airline seats. It's my own fault. But that's my misgiving about the product. Otherwise, it's great. And I feel like we'll use it quite a lot at some point.

I went back and forth a little before I bought this just because it was a little on the expensive side. I am so happy I bought it! My cat, Kingston, is a bengal and thus pretty tall and muscular. His previous bag was pretty snug, so he couldn't really get comfortable on car trips and he'd spend the entire time crying and trying to get out of his bag. With the Sleepypod, he has lots of room to spread out and lay down and SLEEP. Not cry for two straight hours. Amazing.

When we're home, we keep the top off and he uses it as his regular bed. We call it his Hugh Hefner bed because it's fur-lined and luxurious looking and he looks so regal when he's in it. He spends a lot of time in his Hugh Hefner bed.

I am so excited that finally a carrier for extra large kitties exsist! My cat is a big boy and is too big for most carriers, he fits perfectly inside the (Medium/Regular) pod. It has a soft faux mink like lining so when I first brought it home and sprayed it with catnip and took the top off he climbed in and stayed for a good 30 minutes while he fell asleep. SOLD! The lining is removable and can be washed. There is also an optional warmer I'm told that is sold seperatly. The difference with this carrier (I guess because it is also a cat bed) is that it is unusually wider than the others so my kitty has enough room to lay like he would in one of his usual cat beds instead of scrunched up in a long but not wide traditional carrier. It's worth the price so that he can have some added comfort in the car on the way to the vet. It is also able to be buckled in the car securely with the seat belt through the top handle. 5 stars!!!!

This is simply the best pet carrier!!! I rescued two black and white kittens almost a year old. They lived in a cage almost 7 months, until I came to take them home in the Sleepy Pod. The male crawled in and wouldn't get out, nor would he let any other cats from the rescue get in, just his sister. I think he knew he hit the jackpot! Once home, with the lid zipped off, they sleep in it,toasty warm. I travel frequently back and forth from Chicago to the east coast of Michigan and I feel exceptionally comfortable knowing they are securely buckled. They grew too big to both fit in one, so I bought another. The construction of the carrier itself is unsurpassed. The interior is ridiculously soft and snugly, and can be zipped out for easy cleaning. The base itself is extremely strong and the zippers are substantial. All materials are top of the line, and everything about this product screams well made. It is very much worth every dollar spent.

Pricey but so worth it. This is the tumi equivalent of pet carriers. The workmanship and materials are excellent. There is wonderful attention to detail in the design. Everything removablable and washable. Nice furry liner. Beautiful packaging for storage. I'm shocked that I never saw this item in a high end pet store. I saw it initially in an airport dig/cat store. My only disappointment is that the medium may be too small for my two cats. They could probably fit but they would be a bit squashed.

I bought the medium Sleepypod for my seven month old kitten as a replacement for a borrowed carrier that easily collapsed on him during our car trips home to visit family. We have yet to travel with it but I see good things ahead! I let him get used to it by removing the top and having it sit out as a bed. I'm not sure that he knew it was for him, as he didn't go in it for quite some time, much to my wallet's disappointment.

Mac came around when I put one of his favorite pillows inside of it with a little treat. He must have had an epiphany that this bed was for HIM! Now a day doesn't go by that he doesn't sleep in it...and I have to say I'm kind of jealous. A life-size Sleepypod should be their next venture :)

The product is extremely well crafted and stylish. I cannot wait to put it to use in the car! Maybe the comfort level will decrease Mac's crying down from an hour to...half an hour? Definitely a must have for any pet parent!

My new maltese puppy, Annie, just loves her SleepyPod. As instructed, I kept it on the floor in the house and played games with her. When she started jumping in and out, I knew it was time to transfer it to the car. Although Annie is tiny, I got the medium sized. It has lots of room for her and her toys. And, best of all, it keeps her safe and sound while I'm driving. I'm so glad I found this item and would recommend it highly.

I saw this product at an animal expo show and I just had to have it. It's made of sturdy construction and the color is beautiful. When I got it home and put it together, my pup Gypsy jumped right in and slept for hours. She even growled at me when I tried to get her out to put it away. Both my puppies fit in the medium size. It fits fine in my back seat and I have no trouble buckeling the seat belt. I haven't had the opportunity to use the heat pad yet, it's not that cold here in California. I will use it when traveling out of state. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. Purchasing it through Amazon.com was a breeze.
