good communication, November 24, 2007
After ordering my product, I was contacted and told that the shipping date would not be able to be met. I was offered to either cancel the shipping or wait for when the stock would be refilled, and given a date for when that would be. Because of the promptness of their communication and because I was not in a rush (and it was only an extra week to wait) I told them I would be happy to wait as I would much rather have the product than not. It came just when they said it would and in great condition. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you.
update after several months of having the product:
It took awhile for the cats to appreciate the sleepypod, but the minute winter hit and it got chilly, the two cats keep taking turns sleeping in it. They even let me close it and walk them from room to room. Be patient with it, and you might discover the cats will LOVE this!
