This has got to be the best lullaby cd made. The singer's voice is beautiful, so soft and soothing. The music also is beautiful. It puts my baby to sleep instantly, and I even get sleepy! I will buy this cd for anyone that is having a baby, even if they aren't Christian!

This is the 2nd time we have purchased this disc. My daughter loves the music and the first one had gotten scratched. The music is soothing, but not sappy and it really helps her relax.

I recommend this CD as one you can listen to over and over. It's not "plinky" or "cheesy", and the CD contains no overly upbeat songs to spoil the soothing nature of naptime or bedtime music. My daughter listens to it regularly at naptime, and it is quite soothing for her.

The songs are all at a slow to moderate tempo and are beautifully done. The soloist has a pleasant, medium-range voice, and the instrumentation is creative and lovely to listen to.

My favorites are tracks 2 and 3. Track 7, "Now Thank We All Our God", is a nice addition to the traditional lullabies.
