First, I bought the ab belt for my daughters and me for Christmas. I was skeptical, but lo and behold, they work! Next came the arms system, and we like it, too. I bought this product because I felt that the tightening effect would feel good on my lower back and hips, after being on my feet all day at work. Once I can get it on, it is a great massage. The design, however, is bulky, and not easy to get in place. The gel pads keep sticking to other parts of the "skirt", and my body, while I'm trying to get it in place. By the time I'm done fighting with it, and making sure the pads have stayed in place on the unit, and are positioned on my body where I want them, I feel that it's just not worth it. I do think it probably works, because it does have a strong pulse, but it's poorly designed, unless you have someone to help you get it on. The extra wear and tear on the pads is a bummer, too, because they are expensive. All of the Slendertone replacement pads are expensive. It's like buying that reasonably priced printer, then paying up the wazoo for ink cartridges!!

Would not recommend!~......... bought this belt for my friend...did nothing would not recommend just a gimmick.....Would not buy again!~ Just not worth my time to return!`

Well I was searching for the better price and I was disappointed that this doesn't have the controller inside the box.
So this unit is not the best choice because the controller alone is around 70 bucks.

The unit is great and on the second day I already see the results!!! I love it!!!
