Leo Weidner is probably the country's first Personal Coach. He has spent over forty years personally coaching over 2,000 mostly successful individuals to have a more balanced life. Leo's primary role is that of an implementer. Clients are shown how to balance and structure their lives between personal and career-oriented goals. Leo's focus on journaling enables a client to weigh what is important in his or her life and why. The client and coach then create a LifeCreed, which is a written visualization of the ideal balanced life they want to live without the horrible stress. They then record this Creed and listen to it every day. Working through only one-on-one phone sessions, Leo has clients locally and internationally. Clients are coached for twelve months, forty-five minutes every week for four months and then every other week for eight months. Gaining business through referrals, Leo does no advertising. Half of his clients are in the financial services industry. Most earn well over one hundred thousand a year, and some are even in the million dollar plus range and lead their companies. Leo started developing his unique system when he worked with the grandfather of goal setting and motivation, Napoleon Hill, in 1966. Leo was helping Dr. Hill develop the Napoleon Hill Academy. From there, Leo worked both in the field and the home office, for Success Motivation Institute in Waco, Texas for over five years. While Leo graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in business, it's what he has learned from his clients that has provided him his greatest treasure of knowledge, which he loves to share. Leo draws on a rich background of having helped develop and/or lead five national and three international sales organizations. He was founder and past president of the Utah Speaker's Association. Leo and his wife, Shirley, have nine children and twenty-one grandchildren.
