At last! Richard's shows on tape!,

Finally Richard has put his Slim Cooking shows on tape! I wish he would put the rest of the shows out. I've made his slim mousse recipe many times before. His ice recipes can be made without needing an ice cream machine. People using Richard's Food Movers should take note of these videos - the recipes he gives use his Deal A Meal system, which can easily be translated to Food Mover exchanges. This is a must have for dessert lovers.

I was really excited when I found out the Slim Cooking shows were on tape. I was on a couple of them so I know first-hand that the recipes are really tasty. Also, I don't cook, but I tried a few of the recipes from this show and I had no problem with them. The recipes on this tape are: Fancy Free Fruit Sorbet, Skinny Bullwinkle Mousse, Berry Good Ice Cream and Ricey Pudding Parfait. Enjoy!
