Great item for a small snack during the day. These can satisfy a chocolate or candy craving as well as provide a small nutrious snack (vitamins in the bar).
I usually bring 2 of these every day with me when I go to work and they really help keep me away from hitting any of the candy vending machines or buying cookies at the counter (I work in an office where these are plentiful).

These bars are really good, and I recently ordered a bunch of different nutrition bars, so I have tried a lot. These are pretty much like candy to me (I don't follow the slim faast plan, just try to moderate my caloric intake). Anyways, I love mint, so these are really good!

These are so delicious! They taste like a mix between a brownie and mint. I can definitely see these as a substitute for a candy bar, to keep you from the more unhealthy treats. I'm using as part of the slim-fast diet. They're not very filling, but you can't really expect that from a 100-calorie snack.
