Great item for a small snack during the day. These can satisfy a chocolate or candy craving as well as provide a small nutrious snack (vitamins in the bar).

I usually bring 2 of these every day with me when I go to work and they really help keep me away from hitting any of the candy vending machines or buying cookies at the counter (I work in an office where these are plentiful).

These bars are really good, and I recently ordered a bunch of different nutrition bars, so I have tried a lot. These are pretty much like candy to me (I don't follow the slim faast plan, just try to moderate my caloric intake). Anyways, I love mint, so these are really good!

These are so delicious! They taste like a mix between a brownie and mint. I can definitely see these as a substitute for a candy bar, to keep you from the more unhealthy treats. I'm using as part of the slim-fast diet. They're not very filling, but you can't really expect that from a 100-calorie snack.

this is a delicious substitute for a brownie, with a hint of mint. Just enough to satisfy the urge to splurge for only 100 calories!

The taste is awesome but as other reviewers have said it is pretty small. I have found that with a glass of skim milk, it's a decent snack.

Wow! I was surprised at how good these little, very little, bars are. I was expecting the bars to be like every other diet bar out there, but it was like I was cheating on my diet it's so good. And if you drink a very large glass of water with it, your full enough to last you for a while.

I was surprised by the full flavor of this little (and it is little, but hey, you're on a diet right?) snack bar. Think peppermint patty meets girl scout mint cookie. I love these.

As others have noted, these snack bars are delicious. Really, if someone said these were a full-fat treat, I'd almost believe them.

That being said, to me, they aren't satisfying at all. When I'm on a diet, I want all the food I eat to count - that is, I want it to satisfy a craving, make me not hungry anymore, and after I've eaten it I want to feel like I've actually eaten something! While I could see this little bar satisfying a chocolate craving, it's gone in a few bites and I can't tell that I've eaten anything afterward, nor is my hunger assuaged at all. For fewer than 100 calories, you can have 4 Hershey's kisses to satisfy a chocolate craving and they're a lot less expensive than these bars! Also, while on the Slim-Fast plan, I get my chocolate fix through the shakes, so I really don't need it at snack time.

Alternatively, if you're trying to assuage hunger and feel satiated, for 100 calories, you could have a few apple slices and a string cheese, or a banana with a little bit of peanut butter, or a fist full or almonds or...you get the idea.
