I don't eat these for diet purposes but more as a meal replacement when I have to run out the door and don't have time for a proper meal. I think this flavor is the best and they're surprisingly filling. I used to buy these at Walmart but they stopped carrying this specific flavor which is a bummer. However, through Amazon they're cheaper and now I can give a box of them to my son whenever he is home from college to take back for those days when he doesn't have time to grab breakfast or lunch. This is a better buy than what I paid at Walmart as well.

The quality of the goods is not in question. Delivery was very quick. Singly the cost of each bar was $.74 higher than in stores but it is impossible to find more than one box in any store. Shipping was free - what's not to like. I would definitely order again. This was part of a birthday present for my son.

this product was great tasting and was able to hold you for at least 4 hours until your next meal or snack

I love the Slim Fast plan. This is my favorite meal replacement bar. YUMMY!

I use these as a breakfast and lunch replacement bar and they get me through the day till dinner with little in the way of hunger pangs.
They are pretty good so far as taste goes, try to keep them in a cool spot.
I am a bit upset though because I ordered these Nov 10th and keep getting a delay message. So I have had to spend more money for them at the store.
The subscription price is pretty fair.
