I was surprised at the taste. I was expecting to have to choke it down, but the taste was pretty good. I felt like I had more energy after drinking it for a couple of days. I'd recommend this for anyone wanting to cut back on calories and still have the energy to complete his or her day.

This product worked for me. I lost three and a half pounds after using this two times per day for one week without exercise. I'd used the premixed chocolate flavor Slim Fast prior to trying the powder. I liked the price of the powder versus the premixed, since it costs approximately 60% less per serving. The first time I mixed it, I used the ""stir in the glass method."" The one thing I didn't like was that after a few minutes the product settled to the bottom of the glass and at that point the taste wasn't as good. The next time I mixed it, I used the ""blender and ice method"", and it was delicious this way. I'd definitely buy this product again.

Although I didn't see any drastic weight loss with the Slim Fast Chocolate Nutritional Meal, I did feel that one shake filled me up as though I'd eaten an entire meal. It had a delicious flavor and not that ""chalky"" taste that so many diet shakes have. It was very easy to prepare in just a few minutes. I was able to easily prepare these at my office with little or no cleanup. I'd recommend these to my friends and family.
