I was surprised at the taste. I was expecting to have to choke it down, but the taste was pretty good. I felt like I had more energy after drinking it for a couple of days. I'd recommend this for anyone wanting to cut back on calories and still have the energy to complete his or her day.

This product worked for me. I lost three and a half pounds after using this two times per day for one week without exercise. I'd used the premixed chocolate flavor Slim Fast prior to trying the powder. I liked the price of the powder versus the premixed, since it costs approximately 60% less per serving. The first time I mixed it, I used the ""stir in the glass method."" The one thing I didn't like was that after a few minutes the product settled to the bottom of the glass and at that point the taste wasn't as good. The next time I mixed it, I used the ""blender and ice method"", and it was delicious this way. I'd definitely buy this product again.

Although I didn't see any drastic weight loss with the Slim Fast Chocolate Nutritional Meal, I did feel that one shake filled me up as though I'd eaten an entire meal. It had a delicious flavor and not that ""chalky"" taste that so many diet shakes have. It was very easy to prepare in just a few minutes. I was able to easily prepare these at my office with little or no cleanup. I'd recommend these to my friends and family.

I enjoyed drinking the Slim Fast for lunch. The chocolate flavor was wonderful and felt more like a treat to me! It's extremely convenient to use and didn't take much time. I'm quite busy so I found this to be to my liking. I'd recommend Slim Fast to people who would like to lose weight and feel better but need a quick lunch that tastes great and makes you feel good. I'll be buying more, that's for sure!

This makes a reasonable shake, though I make it with milk, not with water. The blender gets it to dissolve the best, rather than just stirring or shaking it. I would like it to be a little more frothy like a milkshake.
The chocolate can also be found with soy for those who want the benefits of that.
Can't say I lost much weight with this, but I didn't use it regularly. It makes a quick lunch when you are in a hurry and keeps you from eating fast food and junk.

I found the product to have a grainy, ""diet-y"" taste. I found that it tasted best when blended in the blender with ice, milk, and bananas. This seemed to hide the taste. The product alone mixed with milk was not appealing to me. I wouldn't recommend this product to friends or family as a choice in weight management, from a flavor standpoint.

I really liked this drink mix. It had a nice chocolate taste. It was good to drink in place of a snack but not very filling as a meal. I wasn't disappointed in it even though it didn't satisfy me as one of my main meals. The flavor was very good and fulfilling when I needed to taste something chocolate. I'll buy it again.

Overall, I was pleased with this product, and would definitely purchase it in the future. This was my first experience using the powdered Slim Fast. I liked the chocolate flavor of the powdered version much better than that of the chocolate ready to drink. I found it tasted fresher and liked the convenience of being able to mix as much or as little as I wanted. I actually lost three pounds during the week I used this product, too! The only drawback I found was the fact that unless this product was mixed for quite a long period, the powder had trouble dissolving. I also had to stir it a few times while drinking it, as it had a tendency to settle and clump. However, this slight inconvenience was more than compensated for by the great flavor and freshness!

The chocolate Slim Fast was very good. I enjoyed the full chocolate flavor. I'm not too fond of non-fat milk, however, and would like to see a product that allows a richer milk flavor, like a low-fat milk version. I would, however, recommend this product for others trying to lose extra pounds.
