Its a good tea. it does help curb your appetite which it the reason to why I bought them. Most slim tea makes you feel like you need to use the bathroom a lot, this one does not do that. The only reason why I am giving it a 4 star is that it's a little expensive for box of 30 tea bag. I would definitely order more if it was not as expensive.

I purchased this tea and have not used more than one cup. The taste is horrible so I don't know if it works or not. I tried extra sweetner and honey, but it still tastes terrible.

I stared on Monday, today Wednesday, I've lost 3 pounds. My daughteer's friend lost so much weught in 3 weeks! I suggest a try. You use the same tea bag 2 or 3 times. Be sure to drink it after anything you eat.
