Battery lasts ~3 hours. Charges in about 3 hrs. Store properly when not in use.

Works great. Pure plug and play. Lasts about 3 hours with non stop play on the lowest (darkest) display setting. It gets over 2 hours on the highest (brightest) display setting, so there isn't much difference.
It takes about that much time (2-3 hours) to fully charge back up.
Also, the display setting really only matters outside, where there is a lot of light, or when the game you are playing is dark or has dark scenes/areas.
Reminder/Caution on these types of batteries:
Take the battery out if you wont be playing for extended amounts of time (I say extended means more than a few months). Reason is that these types of batteries (like ones that go in your cell phone or similar devices -- and all batteries in general) can expand (or get corroded) and mess up the battery compartment. They will be worthless if they expand. If you do store it, use a silica pack to soak up moisture.
Just remember to pay attention to the elements your PSP and battery will be exposed to. Heat, liquids, non-use, etc...can shorten battery life or damage it.
