I have had problems with excessive hunger after dinner and consequent night eating and had tried for years to stop the habit. The first time I took this it worked, and has worked for me ever since. Try it. It's great.

I bought these at a local drug store just to see if they were worth the investment. I recommend buying them on Amazon b/c they are definitely cheaper. The Shots do a pretty good job at controlling hunger. Most times I was pretty ambivalent about what to eat b/c I didn't feel hungry; thus it was easier to make healthier choices. This is a great tool to help you learn the difference between actual hunger and emotional hunger. But be warned, these things taste horrible! I do not mix these with food b/c then the food tastes funny. Instead I take my shot and follow up with a cup of yogurt or a slimfast, both of which help cover up the aftertaste. Also, I noticed that I really craved water while taking the shots-another great benefit. There were no crazy side effects and you can take up to 2 shots in a day if you need to. I found that I lost weight a lot better when pairing the slimshots with exercise (I have a slower metabolism).

In conjunction with following a healthy eating plan and exercising regularly, I bought these to help with my 2pm-5pm "witching hours". They seem to be working well. Per the taste, I don't have any problems with them. They taste like a watery, melted vanilla ice cream bar. Are they the most delicious thing I've ever tasted? Not really. Are they the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted? Certainly not. I don't think I would bother mixing them with food/drink though. I just drink it then have a bit of water and I'm good to go.

It seems I'm hungry most of the time, and have gained weight as a result. I've tried many appetite suppressents, and haven't found anything that curbs my hunger. I tried Slim Shots with an open mind. I've been taking it twice a day as recommended without really trying to cut down on what I eat, and I find I'm just as hungry as I've always been. If I tried dieting with this product, I'd be starving! The product doesn't really have much taste, but it just doesn't work for me!

The very first few times I took one of these I thought they didn't work. But then I noticed that I was eating almost nothing in the evenings and that's normally a bit of a struggle for me not to snack after dinner. Hooray! These really do work!

The reason I thought they didn't work at first was because unlike many appetite suppressants, you don't "feel" it working. It's been my experience that many other suppressants give you a "rush" of energy or even jitters and that's not the case with Slim Shots. I get a gentle but effective curbing of my appetite. Many days, one is enough but on high hunger days like when you have PMS then two usually does the trick for me. On days when I need an extra energy boost along with appetite suppression then I just take one of these as normal then follow it up about an hour later with one tablet (NOT one pack as these come in little packs of three pills) of Ginseng Energy Now and that works FABULOUSLY for me. These are my new favorite suppressants and I never thought I'd find anything I liked more than NV but these are even better.

Also the price is great and each box comes with a cute little tear-drop shaped snap container so you can take one of the cups with you and you don't have to worry that it'll get crushed and leak in your purse.

The only downside to these is they do taste kind of yucky to me but I just put one in about a quarter cup of coffee and it's fine.

Final Impression: These cost me less and are easier to find than NV, they WORK and are easy to take with you to use away from home. No stomach upset, no jitters and if you're someone who has trouble taking pills then these are GREAT!

I tried the Slim Shots and thought they did a good job of curbing my appetite. However, after the first week, I developed some rather severe gastric/intestinal distress. I was wondering if anyone else who uses, or used Slim Shots, experienced this.

These worked really well for me! I'm an emotional eater and definitely look for something to eat when I'm stressed out, and for some reason this kept me from doing that. I was also able to go longer between meals, which was definitely a plus. Yes, the taste is odd, but I would follow it with a little bit of water, but not too much because you don't want to dilute it. Either that or I'd use mouthwash. Highly recommended!

I just bought a box of Slim Shots and have been using them for 2 days now. I have to say they work, I have seen a decrease in my appetite and that I get full pretty quick. I plan to start eating smaller meals so I don't leave a lot behind on my plate now that I get full faster. I have not lost weight since I just started but I hope to get a head start on my weight loss with these. Don't expect these to do all the work though, try to exercise a little, eat a little healthier and not so late at night. I gave them 4 stars cause while they work, they don't have the best taste. To any skeptics, try them cause you may be surprised.

These things taste terrible! I am not quite sure yet how to describe the flavor....it's like they tried to cover up the taste of chalk and charcoal with a slight hint of vanilla that does nothing and the taste lingers ever if you have a chaser. Absolutely terrible terrible! Not only that, but I don't notice any difference in my hunger and I have been doing these for a week...just to gag at the flavor because I am not seeing any benefit!

The first couple of doses I took seemed to work well. After that, it didn't make much difference in my appetite. As well as not working particularly well, the taste of this stuff is quite hideous. If you're looking for real help with weight loss, this product is not it.
