I eat one everyday for breakfast! Most protein or meal replacement bars have a funny after taste... not this one. I got worried when my local grocery store stopped selling them. Thank goodness for Amazon!

At first I liked the Optima line of SF bars better than the 321 line. But these almond ones are pretty good. They still don't seem as filling as the Optima chocolate granola, and I think the Optima were 180 calories/bar, not 200.

The Slim Fast diet plan - 2 bars, 2 snacks and good dinner is the easiest plan I have found...and the bars, especially the sweet and salty chocolate almond, are delicious...Amazon auto delivery is the most convenient and most affordable way I have found to purchase the product.
