This is the second Slim Fast bar item I have tried and I'm completely sold on the whole line now! This item was fantastic. It was very much a cookies and cream flavored bar. It was just the perfect amount of chewyness (I don't think that is a word) and was packed with flavor. This would be a perfect 100 calorie snack for anyone. Even my kids loved it and they don't typically like any of the healthy snacks geared towards adults. I highly recommend this product!

If you are looking for a snack that staves off hunger for more than an hour, this isn't the snack for you. If you are looking for a low calorie snack for fulfilling that sweet tooth, then this is what you are looking for. The flavor, "Chocolatey Vanilla Blitz" isn't a flavor I would normally choose, but it is extremely tasty. The size of the bar is typical for only 100 calories - 3 bites and its gone. As for the nutrition fact, this bar contains 6 grams of sugar and 2 grams of saturated fat (I think this explains why makes it so tasty) and 2.5 grams of fat. It has 0 trans fat and 70 grams of sodium. For a "diet" item, the taste can't be beat, but I think the sugar content is a little high.
Compared to say a south beach diet bar (s'mores fiber fit granola bar), which has 4 grams of fat, 7 grams of sugar and 110 calories. I think the slimfast is a better bar as far as calories and fat.

These bars are too sweet! If you have a sweet tooth you will love them! Too sweet for me. I didn't really think they tasted like vanilla either. More like sweet creme filling or something. They don't taste bad at all, but I just don't eat alot of sweets in general. They are small bars though and I didn't find them to be filling at all.
