Amazing!, October 11, 2009

I have been trying to lose weight for over a year. I bought this without any real expectations, but I love it. I play it all day long on my work computer, but continue to go about my work, including telephone calls, consults in person, etc. It is on from the time I turn on my computer until I turn it off when I go home. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I am not hungry!! Me who ate whenever, for whatever reason! Last week, I was out with my husband, and he stopped for ice cream, and I said no thanks I'm not hungry! Wow, never have I ever turned down ice cream. Only 50 more pounds to go, and I will keep playing this CD. Thanks to it's creators for their great work!
