the product is fine for ME
on February 11, 2015
I've been using this product consistently for the past 4-5 days; I also read the customer reviews here before consuming just to have an idea of what I was getting into. The product is okay so far. I lost 6 lbs in a week without the product so I'm interested in seeing my losses using it. This review is mainly to report the side effects. Though the company claims the product targets six areas relating to weight loss, I've already seen 3 of those targets in action.
1) Water: Heed the advice on the box which says to adjust the number of pills you consume for YOUR body. The morning after taking 3 pills, I had loose stool, which does mean that the product is removing excess water. I also took 3 pills this morning, and an hour later I had diarrhea. HOWEVER, on the days where I've only taken two pills, I have not had any loose stool... so find the number that works for you.
2) Appetite: This is a plus to the product, but again you must do what's right for your body. This product curbs my appetite A LOT... meaning that I do feel that my stomach needs food in it, but I don't want to physically eat anything.... I've wanted to spit out my water (yes, that's how much it's curbed my appetite) but have forced myself to eat and drink as to not die.
3) Energy: I've noticed increased energy and performance. However, this aspect of the product conflicts with the appetite suppressant. If you don't eat enough, you're setting yourself up to pass out during a workout even if you are wired on the caffeine in SlimQuick.
Moral of the story: the product is fine for ME, but you must listen to your own body.
