5.0 out of 5 stars Great Gripping Sock
I'm not the sandle wearing, granola junkie, yoga type. I'm just a guys guy that happens to enjoy yoga. Socks like these are great for me since I don't have the best balance (which makes these none slip socks all the more valuable).

1.0 out of 5 stars I found them completely worthless for yoga class
My feet are always freezing in yoga class and I could never wear socks because they'd slide all over my feet and slip on the mat and become really annoying. I thought I would solve that problem by buying these socks and was sorely disappointed. They were only slightly better than my cheapo socks, but at 10 times the price. My feet are always freezing in yoga class and I could never wear socks because they'd slide all over my feet and slip on the mat and become really annoying. I thought I would solve that problem by buying these socks and was sorely disappointed. They were only slightly better than my cheapo socks, but at 10 times the price. Luckily I did find another brand that does have grippers on the bottom that really work, but don't waste your money on these.

I thought I would at least recycle them as house slippers but have found they are even worthless for that since they are pretty thin and of course very short, so they don't keep my feet warm at all. Bummer.... total waste of money for me.

I have been using these now for several weeks and they work great. I unfortunately have very sweaty feet, so when I am practicing yoga on my mat my feet tend to slip which is not safe. These socks absorb my grossness and keep my feet right where they are supposed to be. I have size 13 feet (mens) and the large size works fine for me. The toes are a little webbed because my feet are big, but that hasn't affected me in any way. They are thin, so if you're looking for grip and warmth you won't get the warmth from these.

I love them! They make me so sticky no matter how warm and how long it's been. The gloves are OK too but these are where it's at.

3.0 out of 5 stars not exactly what i was expecting, December 22, 2011
This review is from: No Slip Yoga Socks Medium/Large by Gaiam - 1 Pair (Apparel)
This product doesn't look like it does in the picture, and slipps off really easily, but i do have to admit i have really small feet and ordered a large because of some of the other reviews that they run really small. They were really tight for a large, I have a size 7 and really small toes, if i had much longer or larger toes i'm not sure they would have fit in the toe places at all. I still wear them just not for yoga.

1.0 out of 5 stars THese Yoga socks are a joke!!, December 7, 2011

Gaiam is a decent company and make inexpensive stuff. Wore these socks once and never again. If you are not using your feet for your poses and they are just to keep your feet warm fine. Get in a Down Dog and the socks slip right off your foot. Any pressure put on foot to front or rear will peel the sock off your foot. Try again Gaiam. If you want something for your feet doing yoga, spend the money and get a pair of Vibram Five Finger shoes.

4.0 out of 5 stars So glad I have them!, February 27, 2011
This review is from: No Slip Yoga Socks Medium/Large by Gaiam - 1 Pair (Apparel)
I am new to yoga, and I have a mat. However, in order to see the moves, I need to face the screen as much as possible. And, for that, sometimes I need to be off the mat. Without these socks I slipped around on my rug, which is obviously no good. I love having them - they work great - no more slipping! 4 stars instead of 5 because they fit my little toe kind of awkwardly, and it's a little uncomfortable at first.
