Overall a very informative and useful guide book to those who wants to start a home track or race at clubs competitevely with RTR cars. Rob did a good job in explaining into details mostly, what beginners miss out when preparing their cars to put on the tracks.

I bought this edition first.Yes,its the next book in the series and this is another title you should have.
This edition takes you further into detail on tracks,driving tips,etc on slot cars.An impressive book that will help you build and race your cars. This edition and the author's first book,"The slot car bible" are must have books for all slot car owners.
