Ingredients
Gunpowder green tea with mint, catnip and Egyptian chamomile makes a blend that with sooth your stomach and soul. Originally created for a client with IBS, this tea is excellent for stomach discomfort and detox. Catnip - soothing to stomach, relaxant Egyptian chamomile - soothing, anti-inflamitory, sleep aid (avoid with hayfever allergies)
Directions
For the best possible cup: Measure 1 teaspoon of leaves for each 6 oz of water into tea strainer. Use clean, unfiltered water brought to a boil. Allow to cool slightly (170F-190F) then pour directly over the leaves. Allow to steep for 2-4 minutes. Start with shortest steep time increasing as needed to determine your preference! Tea can be re-steeped up to four times. Green teas can be delicious on their own as well as sweetened, To make iced teas use 2 teaspoons of leaves for each 6 oz of water.
