I bought this bag for travel since its crunchable and holds a lot of stuff. Very nice looks great!

I was so looking forward to getting this bag. I hemmed and hawed for so long before ordering it. I really wanted to like it.

The finish and feel of the bag have never softened up much from the plastic-y fake feel out of the bag. The mopped on color effect is way more mottled instead of subtle like the photo.

I could live with those if it was a really functional bag that was easy to use, but it doesn't deliver there, either. There are two interior pockets that are too shallow and flimsy in fabric to hold anything without it falling out into the main compartment, and they don't zip. There are no zippered compartments to keep things separate and it's impossible to find anything in the interior easily because the shoulder strap is just an inch or two too short to bend your arm at the elbow and reach in to feel around. You have to take the bag off of your shoulder and dig around for each and every thing you ever need to get out of it.

I am just really unhappy with this bag in all aspects. I can't wait to find a better one.
