Anyone who loves the 4-Hour body by Tim Ferriss will love this book. And if you haven't read the 4-Hour body, this may be the perfect way to start that journey. It is almost a cheat sheet for the 4-Hour Body. Besides being smaller and easier to understand than the 4-hour body, it comes in the Kindle Edition which makes it so much more convenient. I bought it and followed the easy-to-understand plan every day for 12 weeks. I not only feel great, but I've lost weight!! I highly recommend Slow Carb Fat Loss to everyone!

Have you read the 4-Hour Body? If you have the paper version you know it weighs a ton and there is quite a lot of information inside. For those trying to follow the 4-Hour Body diet it can be difficult to find all the pertinent information. This book does an excellent job of collecting all the actionable information and presenting the information in an easy to read format. There are even cheat sheets in multiple sizes. How clever!

This is the "Four Hour Body" diet plan in a small paperback. The "Four Hour Body" book is very big, heavy and has a LOT more info about EVERYTHING under the sun. This booklet is all you need if you are just after the diet plan.

I read Tim Ferriss books about the slow carb diet. I tried it twice with moderate success once and great success the second time around. I can attribute the success on the second effort to this book, which really puts everything in Cliff's notes for anyone attempting this diet.
