Loaded with recipes from soups to desserts and in between.

This cookbook has a great selection of recipes that go beyond beef chili. Many recipes have a picture of the finished dish included. One of the best soup recipes is the potato leek soup, which includes cabbage. The only thing of note is that I have had to adjust the amount of pepper the soup recipes suggest. Usually I cut it in half or even quarter.

If you like slow cooking you'll love this cookbook.

I had almost given up on ever using a slow cooker again. Every recipe I tried was just not good. Then I got this book, and I haven't cooked a bad recipe from it yet. It's nice to be able to put the ingredients in the pot before work and come home to the smell of dinner ready to eat. We especially loved the Corned Beef and Cabbage, which was perfect!

This is a wonderful slow cooker recipe book. It has recipes that are easy, but also very tasty. The pictures are excellent, the ingredients lists clear, and the directions easy to follow. Unlike a lot of other such books, there is a great deal of variety in the tupe of recipes presented here. My husband loves the "Barbeque Beef" sandwich recipe. I like the "Savory Bean Stew" with polenta. Another great feature is the "My Favorites" section on the back where you can write in your favotire recipes.
