I couldn't resist being the first to review Ingrid's first (well, I think it is her first, anyway). As my title says, she is a genuine talent who has a great gift for simple lyricism and melodies (well, I don't know if the melodies are simple as I have no musical capabilities, but they sure are gorgeous). She takes the complex and makes it serene and beautiful.

Love her voice, lyrics, melodies and especially her shows. She's a great down-to-earth musician artist and her shows are reflecting that exactly. Listened first to her latest albums...then after attending her shows for the first time i was eager to get her first 'sold out' album "Slow the Rain" for my collection. In my opinion the songs are still in a different style - let's say more kinda uncommercial - than most songs on the later albums. My favorite song of this album is "Porcelain Fists". Pretty sure we can expect much more wonderful material from Ingrid in the future.

I love her refreshing sweet voice - it also reminds me of Colbie Caillet. Excellent female writer/singer
