Interesting, but not well-formatted for Kindle,

I'm sorry to say I can only give this book two stars, because of the poor Kindle formatting. Maybe the print edition is better. It certainly seems as if there are interesting stories in here. However, the Kindle version provides no Table of Contents, so you have to laboriously work your way through it, page by page, to find what you're looking for. And apparently the stories about the different cities (like St. Louis and Kansas City) are repeated more than once in the book, if the city appears in more than one of the regions being covered. So that adds even more of an obstacle to navigating. Sorry, it sounds like a nice idea for a book, but it needs a lot more work!
