About the Author

Chef Rainer Zinngrebe is currently the Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, Mexico. Chef Rainer´s culinary experience spans 27 years and three continents, from Asia, to Europe and the Americas, where he helmed the kitchens at some of the finest establishments including the Margaux Restaurant at the Kowloon Shangri-La in Hong Kong, the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and The Fullerton, Singapore.

Chef Rodrigo Torres Contreras was born in Ensenada, BC, Mexico. Chef Rodrigo has been working in famous luxury hotels and restaurants for the past 15 years. These include The Four Season Hotels in Mexico City and Hualalai, Hawaii as well as The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun. He is currently heading up the restaurants at the Fairmont Hotel Mayakoba, Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Format: Hardcover
I love this book. I was lucky enough to get an advance copy and it rocks.

Small Bites features Latin influenced modern cooking, beautifully photographed and easy to follow recipes.

This is the chef's second book, his first - Beyond Fusion: A New Look at Ethnic Influences on Contemporary Cooking, is fab too.
