A seemingly very useful, comprehensive guide to small business collections, complete with charts and tables to be used by the small business owner. This book covers everything from the soft-sell approach to legal recourses, and everything in between, along with advice on which approach might be best in any given situation. I like that it's open enough to allow for various different types of approaches, thereby giving the reader some leeway and choices to apply to his or her own particular situation.
