I just downloaded the Kindle version, Woohoo! I loved the paperback, but the Kindle version will allow me to take it with me wherever I go. What I love the most about this book is that when I get into disputes with colleagues, I just open up the book, and say "You see, Mr. Daniels says that this is how you do it!"

As an individual who has started several businesses, I only wish that I had used The Small Business Guide by Owen O. Daniels, as my main source of information for learning how, when, and what to do in order to meet the many challenges that an entrepreneur faces. Although I ultimately achieved a measure of success, I know this comprehensive book would have saved me many headaches. The author revises the information yearly, keeping those who aspire to succeed in business well informed and up-to-date.

Although I purchased many books when starting my businesses, I found none to be as all-inclusive as this publication; in fact, in most cases, I believe it is the only resource that the entrepreneur will need. Even experienced professionals will discover that this business guide has information that could benefit them as they continue to grow their businesses.

What does The Small Business Guide offer to entrepreneurs that will enable their journeys to success be less stressful and more successful? The answer is that this guide literally covers every subject and question that the reader might be pondering--from the ten sequential steps that are needed to form a business to an exit strategy when it is decided to make an exit and, of course, everything in between.
