Inspired, perhaps, by her pet Chihuahua Tinkerbell, Paris Hilton has designed this fun and flirty dog collar necklace. It features a sterling silver dog bone-shaped pendant studded with tiny but beautiful Swarovski crystals. The crystals catch the light and reflect subtle colors of yellow, pink and blue. The pendant hangs from a 15-inch brass curb chain with rhodium plating. The brass gives the chain excellent strength and durability while the rhodium plating lends it a beautiful shine. The collar fastens with a carabineer clip and features an additional length of large oval links so that the length can be adjusted to suit the wearer’s taste.

Paris Hilton, the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton hotel chain, is a renowned jet setter and socialite. Hilton has developed a modeling career and has posed for such publications as GQ, Vanity Fair, Elle, YM, Hollywood Life, and Harper's Bazaar. She is featured in the Fall 2004 Guess print campaign. I love this accessory for my doggie, but one stone has already fallen out. My dog is small and does not tug at it. A little disappointed. But it is very cute.

I wasn't all that impressed with this collar for the money. In fact I feel a bit cheated that I speant $10 on this collar when it's so very obviously not worth more then $5. The clasp doesn't work unless you pry it open and then push it back closed - it's constantly falling off my dog's neck and some of the stones in the bone charm are already missing. Needless to say I won't be buying anything more from the "Paris Hilton" line in the future.

I don't think it's nearly as cute in hand as it appears online. Also, the clasp seems quite a bit off center, making it hard to adjust for my small Yorkie.
She has a lovely pink suede collar with a rhinestone heart. I guess she will just continue to wear that.
