5.0 out of 5 stars Very Useful Book, March 23, 2007

This review is from: Small Group Counseling for Children K-2 (Paperback)
This book is very useful. It has detailed lesson plans plus ways to individualize the order and session content for several different types of small groups. I have already put this book to use and I like it so much I want to buy the 3-5 version. Every book I have used from this author has been wonderful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great resource!, October 15, 2007
By
Megan "centurini" (Northern California) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Small Group Counseling for Children K-2 (Paperback)
I am a first year school psychologist and I love this book! It gives great resources that maybe the more experienced psychologist or counselor already has, but for the less experienced it has great group ideas and handouts for parents. I'm already using the ideas for my groups, and I plan to get the older version next.

4.0 out of 5 stars A go-to resource, January 18, 2011

This review is from: Small Group Counseling for Children K-2 (Paperback)
As a picky elementary counselor I am always looking for just the right books to fit my curriculum. This small group counseling book has become a go-to resource for me as I look to revamp small groups. Everything is laid out for you from parent letters to lesson plans. The kids even like the lessons and I feel they take strategies away from our small group each week.
