I regret some guy's discrediting comment on All the Small & Medium size tortoises by R.C. Paull. I have been a turtle & tortoise hobbyist for more than 29 years and have a decent library on the subject. I find Mr. Paull's work most entertaining, plus his knowldege of taxonomy and questioning of current species' classification in his books speaks of his knowledge, he is both amussing and informative to read. This message will also have errors because I am not a native American, but then again, who is?

As with Paull's other books, this work is full of inaccuracies and pseudofacts. I cannot recommend anyone parting with hard-earned money to get this collection of xeroxes.
