Pink collar faded quickly. I wanted a pink collar for my female dog, because of her size people assume she's a male dog. I bought the collar in June 2011, by the second week of August the pink faded to an unattractive light brown. The collar itself is well made, but in comparison I could have bought a black collar for less at the local pet supply. My big girl is mostly an outdoor dog so I guess the UV rays faded the pink color, but after only 6 weeks?

I just got my first puppy and needed a collar for her. After reading the positive reviews on this one, I decided to try it out. I've had it for about a year now and it's working great. It looks extremely durable and has held up to lots of tugging on our daily walks with no signs of falling apart. Would buy again if I needed a collar.

This collar absoultely fits the bill. As good as any I found locally, more reasonable and I could not get the hot pink locally. Great job Amazon.com!!!
