Small Scale on a large scale,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Small-Scale Modelling (Paperback)
Whimsical and eccentric and basically a lovely book, which inspires us to try new things and new ways of seeing minis. It features actual period pieces from other eras; mini furnitiure and houses from different countries. Also has chapters on different scales such as quarter and halfcale. Features porcelain figurines, dried minis flowers and ideas on landscaping. There is chapter on cold porcelain project, something I had never hear of, but became intriqued as i read the chapter. More writing then I like, (I like pictures) but the author, Caroline Osborn, does writes in a clear and concise manner. I purchased this book basically to add to my mini book collection.
