my second time was a charm

After receiving my necklace in the mail it broke, I was so sad because it was so beautiful! I got in touch with the supplier, explained the situation, and asked what I could do for an exchange of a new one.
The response was almost immediate, they had already sent me a replacement in the mail and I should get it within 3 day! I asked if I should. Ail the original one back that broke and they said not to worry about it, apologized again, and said it was there pleasure to send me another one!
I love this necklace and this great company!
