Be aware, although you can buy the doll house, many of the "Ryan's rooms home is where the heart is" house accessories/add-on have been discontinued, such as the Ryan's Room Park and Play Garage Set ,Ryan's Room let's decorate,as well as the RR balcony. So if you are just happy with the doll house as is, and don't want the add -ons you won't be disappointed.
But here is the real criticism: my package was missing all the bolts and the ladder was broken. I don't know if this is an issue with the seller or the manufacturer. We had purchased this as a Christmas present and were planning on putting it together on Christmas Eve. It was just by chance that we decided to open it up and put it together a couple days early to reduce the number of things that we needed to do the night before Christmas. When I made the discovery that there were no bolts, there wasn't enough time to contact Amazon or the seller to try to resolve the issue. I ended up searching hardware stores in the area for bolts that would work and cleaned out three different stores of the bolts that would fit (the dollhouse needs 14 and each store only had a few on hand). After putting it together with mismatching bolts and gluing the ladder back together, everything was fine. I am just glad that we had decided to open it up a couple days early.
What? They are listed on the box as the only company. So basically if you have a problem, there is no one to go to for help, because Small World Toys says they are just a shipping company. Good to know. I will buy from a reputable company next time. Lesson learned.
