My daughter got this toy when she was 5 months. I it is one of her favorite balls. i was worried that she wouldn't like it because of the bumps all ove it, but that is what sets this ball apart. She is able to grab it no problems. It is just a simple rubber ball, so I am not too woried when the day comes that she likes to throw things instead of just hold or bounce them. This is clearly one of her favorite toys.
