I like it because it's electric and I won't have to buy batteries all the time. It doesn't shave as well as some I've had in the past but it does a good job.

Do you want to prolong the life of your sweater, sweatshirts, drapes or any kind of clothes?
Just try this cord/cordless clothes shavers and be amazed of how it works. removes all little bits of fluff that appears and just refreshes your clothes which haven't been used for a while, I used to give it in to a dry clean store to do it for me and now I can do it in the convenience of my own home without the cost of money, which also saves me hundreds of dollars. Could be used either with adaptor or with batteries. Pays to invest for such a great price you'll be 100% satisfied I guarantee. After buzzing it for a few minutes it appears new and refresh. I would recommend every household to have this lint shaver.

Everything else prior to this shaver never gave results at all on my ginormous black sofa, but immediately this simple, safe, inexpensive well designed gadget completely made my sofa smooth and comfortable again. I love it. Didn't take long, didn't frustrate me, suuuper ez to empty and get right back to using, it's quiet, gentle, and is good for the long job and doesn't tire or overheat. And you gotta love the option to use the AC adapter or the batteries. I say but it, yo.

I was hoping that a fabric shaver with an AC adapter would be the best of both worlds - remove pills effectively and save the cost of batteries. However, using th AC adapter was pretty much useless. I tried to shave the pills off a sweater for a good FIVE minutes and this shaver collected less than a dime size amount of pills. The adapter seemed to provide very little power and possibly the blades are incredibly dull. All in all, I'm returning it and went to the local drug store to buy a battery-powered shaver. Very disappointing.

I tried this product on several different sweaters, all with lots of pills. This thing did nothing but hum and provide a little exercise. The two critical reviewers that felt the 5 star ratings were "homegrown" were likely correct!! I will now try the Izumi, which has hopefully accurate reviews.

Good product and easy to use. It sure was hard to find though. Works great!!

I have used this shaver on delicate sweaters to couches and chairs. Does just as great a job on both! The adapter makes things so much easier. Cleaning out the shaver is a breeze. It is a great size - not a little shaver head, so you are not shaving and shaving for an hour to do a small sweater. It was perfect for my couch and chair, and not only did it get the pills off, but also fluffed up the material, making my couch and chair look brand new. If you are looking for a clothes shaver that is easy to use and to clean, has an adapter, is large enough for big tasks, and makes things look brand new, this is the one you are looking for!

I just received this shaver for Christmas and am extremely disappointed. Two brand new AA batteries lasted about 10-15 minutes before the shaver began to lose steam. I couldn't even get through a whole sweater! Even when working at full power, it collected only a fraction of the fuzzies and pills compared to shavers I have used in the past. This product is a dud.

This shaver is not very good at all for the price. It takes lint off easily removed items, but for sweat pants and sweaters.....not at all. Not really satisfied!!!
