I got this tie rack as a gift , and I LOVE it. You never know how useful something is until you have it .I find myself wearing more ties.
This little machine works great, takes up very little closet space keeps all the neckties and belts neat and organize. It's easy to install and the silver color surly enhances my closet.

Thanks to my family, this was a wonderful gift!

I owned it only about one month before it broke. Cheap plastic gears inside cracked. It was also painfully slow and very noisy.

I gave this tie rack to my husband for christmas and he loves it!!! its perfect and helps his ties stay organized....there is also a light that helps view the ties in the closet...

I bought one similar to this from another source and had a bad experince so I was hesitant to order another even if it was a different brand/vendor. This model worked perfectly, mounted very easily and wasn't as loud as the last model. I was supprised how smooth it rotates and how many ties it holds. Overall a great experence!

I've had several types/brands of electric tie racks. This one performs as well as most. But it is cheaply made(in China). If you need or want one, this one is as good as any. A safe way to beat retail.Good buy.

It only lasted a month. You can not tighten it enough so it doesn't slide front or back on the rod. The plastic that held it to the pole broke and could not be repaired. Not worth the money.

Avoid Smartek products made cheaply and they dont stand by what they sell! I really liked the tie rack until I loaded it with ties the way I was supposed too and the cheap plastic piece just snapped. I have called and emailed numerous times only to get a run around or no response at all. Avoid the smartek products at all costs

If you like throwing your money in the street, this is the product for you!!! The "belt hanger" attachments don't fit, and when you twist them as the instructions direct, they break off in your hand. Trying to attach the unit to your closet rack is like trying to put toothpaste back in the tube, because you have to line up two sets of "tongue and groove"-type gizmos, except the "tongues" have wicked little 90 degree bends at the bottom. The top screws that are supposed to anchor the unit to your closet rack are poorly designed and don't prevent the unit from rocking back and forth. When you finally get the unit attached, it has a disturbing propensity to fall down, which on the plus side increases your foot agility. The motor that moves the ties around is REALLY slow. On the other hand, the whole experience was entertaining!

Searched and searched for tie rack that i thought i could use so I bought this product. Even after reading the reviews, i refused to believe that it was as slow as every one said. It's slower! Find myself once again looking for a tie rack.

Smartek ST-72 Revolving Tie Rack
I had owned a very similar revolving tie rack for several years. It was not impressive but worked OK. It finally ceased revolving so I was pleased to find a similar device on the Amazon website. It was similar only in appearance. I eagerly mounted it according to instructions. The instructions are really pretty good. As I added ties it was quite noisy, but did work OK. By the time I had added about 60% of the capacity, it became more noisy. A strong clicking sound. Then as I added more ties, it became very undependable, until at about 75% capacity it ceased revolving entirely. Now it just sits there and clicks but will not revolve. The forward-back switching operation is very awkward and difficult to use. It is a very poor device.
