When you are finished using the product, deflation and storage is a snap. Simple release the air through the three quick release valves (most of the air will immediately evacuate), use the deflation port on the AC pump to suck out the remaining air, fold the sofa up, and store it in the carry bag. When it's all said and done, the item is no bigger than an average gym bag!

Many of the reviews of this mattress are spot on. It's great to take with you if you're camping, BBQs, friends or family visiting and needing a place to sleep, etc. It has multiple uses. I used it to lounge around on the floor in front of my TV/Gaming system, and you can prop yourself up like a lounge chair. It's great at being versatile. I'd say the least comfortable position is when you have it strictly set up as a couch. Sitting in it for less than an hour is fine. Anything more than that and you'll be fidgeting.
The mattress holds the air quite well. You can go days or a week even before you'll feel the need to add a little air to get a more firm feeling. I would recommend this air mattress; however, I would not recommend it for everyday use; but that all depends on the users and how THEY are using it. Pros: 1) Huge - the whole family, or all your friends can fit on this 2) Portable - Can get it set up quickly as well as break it down quickly and take with you 3) Durable/Reliable - mattress is sturdy and manufactured well 4) Comfortable - depending on how you are using it of course. Cons 1) Huge - depending how you use it, this mattress is really big and if the area is small, you'll have a hard time getting this mattress adjusted. It's definitely best used in larger open areas. 2) I wouldn't want to sleep on this mattress every single day. 3) The pump is LOUD!! It's just a small pump that uses a small fan to either be used to inflate the mattress, or to deflate the mattress (you have the option to connect it to the exhaust or the suction side of the pump). At any rate, it's LOUD. I'm surprised no one mentioned that. It does not take away from the mattress functionality, I just thought I'd mention it. I used earplugs whenever I inflated/deflated it. I would recommend this item as long as you will be using it in a large area. In the end, I actually got rid of it. Not because it was a terrible product, but because it was too big for the room I was using it in.

Very nice design. Can be a day bed, couch or bed. Makes good way to add a bed for sleep overs.
Ours has a slow leak on backrest part. I am not sure if this was shipped this way or if my kids did something while I was away on the road. I came home to find it deflated. I re-inflated it, then over the course of a day it slowly leaks out. Can not find the leak, trying soap/water/sponge and still no joy. We just inflate the backrest when using it for a movie... then by the next day have to re inflate it again. I am not to concerned given it is such a slow leak. One of these days I'll drag it down to our pool and really try to find the hole. But for now we are happy with it. Even given the leak that may or may not have come shipped that way, I would still recommend this. It suits kids sleep over perfectly, it adds a piece of furniture that can be throwing in front of game console, it cleans up super easy (dam kids) Oh one thing: make sure pump is free from any blockage and do not over fill - the pump smells like it was overheating when I was trying to over inflate on purpose (to find hole) Hope this helps. Kevin PS: Just thought about the material and that I should describe it. It is like a high end raft for the pool; not like heavy rubber used in zodiac boats, but certainly not flimsy plastic used on an inflatable beach ball. I feel it sturdy enough to support normal use but kids jumping up and down on it might be a problem. (hence what I think happened to mine - but I am assured it wasn't them...hmmm)
