A truly wonderful book for either a beginner or seasoned cook, especially in these times when nutrition is waning. Very easy to follow, superb illustration, and presents great ideas for newborns, toddlers and beyond. Makes a great gift. 5 Stars all the way.

I like how many variety of recipes you can't find easily to introduce to your baby. An how it provides a feeding guide to each stage your baby transitions to among some of its nutritional information to the recipes. Really enjoyed the opportunity to add many different types of cuisine to my baby I wouldn't have thought to introduce to her growing pallet before.

I find that this book has some strange ingredients. I like cook books that have ingredients that I don't have to run to the store for.
